The Curio version of this card is shown on the right, alongside its core Alpha set version on the left. There is no historical significance to this card. The illustration on the left is consistent with Elvira's original, and only, painting of this artwork. The Curio is a playful alternate take on the artwork playing on its "mirrored" concept, similar to Mirror Realm. An easy way to spot the difference in artwork is to take notice of the dagger in the middle of the art-- The regular version has the dagger on the right, the Curio version held toward the left.
This one especially is difficult to tell apart, especially with the lack of any change in the type text line. It is theorized that the company acknowledged the difficulty of spotting these Alpha curios by specifically adding a different word in the type line in the subsequent Beta curios-- see Extinguish in the Beta Curio gallery for more details.
