Steppe

This Curio card unifies artist Truitt Parrish's Crusade illustration with his Jihad illustration. In an interview with Truitt and Collector Arthouse, Truitt explained how Erik described how these two illustrations would be "closely related" in the game, but Truitt did not realize they would be unified into a single artwork. In the core Alpha set, they were used as individual and separate cards. A playmat unifying them was offered during the Kickstarter campaign, and that unification is seen here in Beta as a Curio for dual-threshold site Steppe.
