Gerald Brom

Gerald Brom, known professionally as Brom, is an American gothic fantasy artist working in painting, comics, books, and film concept art. His work spans an array of prolific games and companies, such as TSR's "Dark Sun" series and collectible card games like Magic: The Gathering, Warlords, and Guardians. He is a master of the gothic fantasy style and has received numerous awards such as being named #4 in the Top 10 RPG Artists of the Past 40 Years in 2014.

Brom first appeared in Sorcery only as a Curio card, Deathspeaker, but was officially added to the game with a plethora of commissions from his work on Guardians CCG from the 1990s in Sorcery's Gothic expansion.
